Many of our parents ask how to prepare their child for their first dental visit. Please notify our offices of any changes in schedule or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 missed appointment fee, and so that we may make our appointment times available to other children who are desperately in need of treatment. We understand that unexpected commitments can and do arise. We strive to always be on time for you, except as emergency situations arise, and would appreciate the same courtesy. We would appreciate payment for this initial examination on your initial visit. Should you have dental insurance, please bring the completed and signed form with you. In most instances, we will determine your child’s dental needs and then discuss the suggested treatment with you. They lose teeth and risk dangerous infections that can be deadly. But for many children, treatment is out of reach. This examination will include any necessary x-rays to help us make an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your child’s mouth, teeth and gums.
